- work with colleges to provide credit
- tech bucks - teachers earn tech bucks for tech staff development attendance and then can "buy" equipment
- pdc points for attendance - double points for application - triple points for impact
- it all boils down to how much support you have from administration!
- topics are chosen based on survey
- quick training during teacher planning times
- model lessons to students
- lunch-time training at "Cafe Lisa" with food
- student tech teams to help with just-in-time training
